Cute homemade Valentine’s card
A nice pop-up valentine for your boyfriend or girlfriend!
Ideas for cards| Materials:
- sheet of colored paper of standard thickness (for printer and copier)
- sheet of thicker paper for card making (of the same size as the first sheet)
- scissors
- glue
- embellishments: glitters, sequins etc.
Ideas for cards| Directions:
Take an ordinary sheet of colored paper, fold it in half.
Cut out a rectangle in the upper right corner cut.
Fold the top of your valentine as shown on picture.
Unfold the top, cut it in a shape of a valentine’s heart.
Now hide the heart inside the card by folding it in the opposite direction.
Take thicker paper and cut out a rectangle of the same size as the one made from thin colored paper. Glue together both sides of your valentine (don’t put glue on the heart!).
Now goes the most important and creative part – embellishment and some heart warming words. Use your fantasy!
